Standard shipping is via US Mail and UPS Ground Service.

Express Mail,UPS 2nd Day and OverNight are available at additional cost.

Hawaii, Alaska, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam and US Territories has standard delivery with US Mail as UPS service is considerably higher for those areas.

US Mail is required for all Post Office Boxes and APO/FPO addresses.

APO and FPO SHIPPING:
UPS and FedEX is not available. Expedited mail service (Priority and Express Mail) is also not available to these addresses. Some APO, FPO are taking several weeks for delivery due to current conflict in ME.

The base shipping charge is $4.95 for all domestic orders less than $49.00. We choose the method, which we feel, will get the package there promptly and safely.
Signature is required on all orders over $200. Please indicate if you do not wish the signature requirement. Be aware however if you decline to use signature confirmation you will be responsible for all items that the shipper indicates was delivered to the shipping address.
Clocks over 23" in size will have a surcharge applied charge.

Faster delivery or for a definite delivery date is available to domestic customers for additional charge via FedEx and UPS 2nd,3rd Day and Overnight services.

US Mail Express Service:

PO Box Customers who need expedited service overnight can use Express Service in the continental US. Express mail has overnight delivery in most US locations except Hawaii, Alaska, and US terrritories. EXRESS MAIL(USPS) no longer offers Sunday or Holiday delivery and is not available for APO/FPO or US Terrritories. Signature is required for Express Mail.

Waiver of Signature UPS/FedEx Recipients: If you have signed a waiver of signature with UPS or FedEx, then you are responsible for the package once it is delivered to the address you specify.

Shipping Insurance: All shipments are covered by insurance. This covers only loss due in shipment. It does not cover loss due to theft from a PO or your mailbox. Once a order is delivered to a Postal Service box it is the responsibiltiy of the recipient. Any claim for loss must be handled through your homeowner's or renter's insurance
